The Personalized Accounting System for Non-State Pension Fund Administrators, “Atlas SPO Extended,” is the market leader among similar systems in Ukraine. Billing System “SYBIL”
The full-featured billing system “SYBIL” is designed to automate the core technological processes of organizations providing mass utility services such as gas, heating, electricity, and water supply.
The system ensures accounting for service delivery and settlements with counterparties — both legal entities and individuals (residents).
“SYBIL” includes not only billing functions but also accounting and technical metering capabilities, offering comprehensive analytical tools to monitor organizational performance: control of gas, water, heat, and electricity consumption; multidimensional analytical accounting; and analysis of service delivery and settlements with counterparties.
System Configurations:
- SYBIL.Standard configuration is intended for accounting settlements with legal entities
- SYBIL.Subscriber configuration is designed for accounting settlements with individuals (residents)
- An integrated solution based on both “SYBIL.Standard” and “SYBIL.Subscriber” configurations enables managing settlements with various categories of counterparties (industrial, communal, budget organizations, and residents) and for different services (gas, heating, electricity, water supply) within a single information database.
