We have created 14 key state registries that accompany a person through all life stages — from birth and marriage to pension payments.

Thanks to our IT solutions, services like “eMaliatko” (a digital newborn service) and “Online Marriage” simplify important life events, turning them from paper quests into seamless processes.

We created one of Ukraine’s first government online platforms — the Pension Fund’s Electronic Services Web Portal.

Thanks to this, for over 10 years, Ukrainians have been able to access pension services without queues: submitting applications, checking insurance records, and viewing pension cases online.

The project “Automating Social Protection Processes for Internally Displaced Persons” was named Best Innovative Project in Europe in the Digital Transformation category at the 2023 European Social Services Awards.

The 2024 STAAR report on the international platform Socialprotection.org highlights the successes of the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere and recognizes the importance of Ukraine’s experience for other countries.

We have our own R&D division focused on applying AI to social services, developing information system architectures, cybersecurity, and integrating blockchain solutions into government processes.
