Recently, we visited Zhytomyr with our partners, the Ministry of Social Policy and the DPC Ministry of Social Policy SE. There we reviewed the implementation state of 6 assistance types in the UISSS.
The Unified Information System of the Social Sphere is one of the largest projects for the social sphere digitization Medirent is working on. Its goal is to develop an efficient and accessible instrument able to facilitate social services quality for the citizens and power authorities.
Recently, we visited Zhytomyr with our partners, the Ministry of Social Policy and the DPC Ministry of Social Policy SE. There we reviewed the implementation state of 6 assistance types in the UISSS. That journey was essential for us as we could learn more about the real challenges and needs of local authorities and citizens.
Also, we met Viktor Hradivskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Military Administration, visited the Department of Social Policy of the Zhytomyr City Council, the Zhytomyr Payment Center for the social payments calculation and implementation, the social protection body of the Korostyshiv territorial community and the administrative service center “Prozoryi Ofis”.
As UISSS developers, we consider it crucial to discuss the problems they meet when working with citizens and to ensure optimal solutions to facilitate their work.
And this journey has become a kind of forum for positive impressions. Listening to feedback from social professionals and local authorities, we were fascinated by how the system positively affects their work.
We are proud to be part of such a socially important project for Ukraine. And it is the positive feedback and support we receive from our partners and users that give us strength and motivation on the way to the development of the UISSS.
By the way, in the Zhytomyr region, 28 thousand people received assistance through the UISSS during 2 months: assistance in adoption, persons with disabilities and children with disabilities, children over whom custody is established, low-income families, and single mothers. Such results testify to the effectiveness and significance of the UISSS in the implementation of social programs and in improving the quality of life of Ukrainians.
