The beginning of every major project is always full of hopes and challenges. When we started working on the development of the Unified Information System of Social Sphere of Ukraine (UISSS), we realized that we had an ambitious task to help the state change the social assistance system in Ukraine. It was important not only to create an innovative system but also to ensure its effective implementation.
Together with the Medirent team, we joined the second training seminar "Implementation of 10 types of assistance in the UISSS". We explained how to implement successful migration of assistance to the UISSS step by step.
The event, organized by the State Enterprise "Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" with the support of the World Food Program, brought together experts in the field of social services, representatives of regional social protection bodies and Centers for the provision of administrative services from 22 regions of Ukraine.
The panel discussion, participation in working groups, and numerous questions from participants created a great atmosphere for sharing knowledge and improving skills. We actively shared our experience, helping participants to better understand the processes of implementing and using the system.
