The Social Portal of the Ministry of Social Policy (soc.gov.ua) is a digital gateway to social support services for all stakeholders — citizens, social sector professionals, service providers, and social protection authorities.
Medirent is the developer of the portal and ensures its continuous development as part of the digital ecosystem of the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UISSS).

The portal has been operating since October 2024, with the first implementation phase focused on social services. Future updates will enable the digital application process for various types of social assistance.
Since January 1, 2025, the portal also offers a service to apply for assistive rehabilitation devices (ARD), available to individuals who have undergone a daily functioning assessment by expert teams — replacing the outdated Medical and Social Expert Commissions (MSEC).
