Online Marriage Registration is the world's first fully digital marriage service, implemented on the public services portal “Дія”. The service allows you to submit an application for marriage, choose the date and time of the ceremony and undergo state registration of marriage online, via video call.
A critical prerequisite for enabling this service was the enhancement of the State Register of Civil Status Acts (SCSAR) to process marriage applications submitted via “Diia” and ensure proper registration workflows.
Within the project, the Medirent team ensured:
- Modernization of the SCSAR software to enable the receipt, registration, and processing of electronic marriage applications from the “Diia” portal
- Development of web services and web clients - for integration into the service infrastructure, namely for receiving applications from the “Diya” portal and transmitting information about the status of processing the application to the “Diya” portal
- Setting up electronic interaction through the System of Electronic Interaction of State Electronic Information Resources “Trembita” - for exchanging information between the DRACS and the “Diya” portal
Recognition
