Medirent is the developer of the State Register of Financial Institutions — a comprehensive information system for the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). The Register includes a list of non-bank financial institutions licensed to operate in Ukraine. Among them are insurance companies, credit unions, pawnshops, quick loan services, non-state pension funds, money transfer companies, and others.
The system includes an external subsystem for institutions (with an open part and a personal account) and an internal one for NBU specialists.
Key Features
1. External Subsystem - Open Part:
- Viewing open information of the State Register of Financial Institutions,
- Initial submission of an institution's registration card for enrollment in the State Register of Financial Institutions.
2. External Subsystem - Personal Account of Institution:
- User authentication to log in to personal account,
- Viewing institution's registration cards,
- Viewing separate divisions of the institution,
- Filling out and sending registration cards with changes in the institution's data to the NBU,
- Filling out and sending a registration card to the NBU for changes in the data of separate subdivisions,
- Printing institution's registration cards,
- Printing registration numbers of separate divisions.
3. Internal Subsystem:
— Accounting and processing of data in the State Register of Financial Institutions:
- Search and view data in the register,
- Enrollment of the institution's registration card as submitted by the institution,
- Changes in the enrollment of the institution's registration card submitted by the institution for review,
- Certificate of Financial Institution Registration.
— Accounting and processing of data from the register of other divisions:
- Search and view data in the registry of other divisions,
- Deviations in enrollment of the registration card of separate subdivisions submitted by the institution for review,
- Enrollment of the institution's registration card as submitted by the institution.
— Maintaining the register of licenses of financial institutions (search, view, supplement, edit, delete, duplicate, print),
— Maintaining a register of inspections of institutions (search, view, add, edit, delete),
— Administrative functions:
- Managing users and establishing access rights,
- Audit of user actions,
- Maintenance of reference books and classifiers.
