The Unified State Register of Court Decisions (USRCD) (reyestr.court.gov.ua) is a national information system created to collect, record, store, and provide public access to court decisions in Ukraine.
The system plays a key role in upholding the principle of judicial transparency and enabling public oversight of the judiciary. The USRCD operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Court Decisions” and serves as the official source of judicial practice in the country.
The system ensures the inclusion of all court decisions and separate judges’ opinions (in written form) in the register. It also records information about when decisions come into legal force.
Once received, electronic copies of decisions are automatically processed and anonymized according to legal requirements, and then published in open access in the order they are received.

The Register allows users to search court decisions by:
- Document content
- Court name
- Judge’s surname
- Decision details or case number
