In 2023, as part of a partnership with the the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and the Shipping Administration, with the expert and technical support of USAID/UK aid of the Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS project, the Medirent team contributed to the creation of a modern digital service for seafarers.

Within the framework of the Information and communication system in the field of training and certification of ship crew members, the project successfully enabled the issuance of qualification documents via the portal of public services “Diia”. This significantly simplified access for seafarers to official documents, automated processes, and enhanced the transparency and efficiency of the service.
