The project involved the development of two interconnected information and analytical systems:
1. System for Monitoring the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogues, and Precursors
This system is designed to automate the core technological processes for controlling the circulation of controlled substances in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. It enables comprehensive monitoring of all stages of circulation — from production to end-use — helping to reduce the risks of illegal trafficking and regulatory violations.
2. Information Support System for Entities Involved in the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogues, and Precursors
This system automated the reporting process for entities handling controlled substances to the relevant supervisory authority. It allowed businesses working with such substances to submit accurate and timely reports on their circulation, significantly enhancing the efficiency of state oversight. The system was implemented at 415 business entities.
