The Electronic Account for Persons with Disabilities (ek-cbi.msp.gov.ua) is an online service designed to simplify access for persons with disabilities to assistive rehabilitation devices (ARD) and rehabilitation services.
This account serves as the primary user interface within the Centralised Data Bank on Disabilities (CDBD) — a digital platform for recording, registering, and managing information about persons with disabilities across Ukraine.
Medirent is the developer of this service and has been the technological partner supporting the CDBD ecosystem’s development since 2019.
Authorization
Users can access the services through:
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
- GOV ID / Bank ID
- Username and password
Basic functionality
Digital Services for Users:
- Submit applications for assistive rehabilitation devices or compensation
- Apply for replacement or repair of rehabilitation devices
- Update previously submitted documents
- Track the status of applications and receive notifications from the Fund
- Browse available services and service providers
Integration with CDBD:
- Register or submit applications for initial data entry into the CDDB
- Automatic retrieval of personal data
- Receive notifications and decisions via the account
- Participate in online surveys about service quality
Information and Catalogs:
- Interactive catalog of rehabilitation devices with filtering options
- List of manufacturers, suppliers, and repair providers of assistive devices
