The Automated System “Bankruptcy and Insolvency” was developed to digitize bankruptcy procedures in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. The system facilitates effective interaction between insolvency practitioners, courts, registrars, public authorities, and stakeholders, providing real-time access to up-to-date information.

The system is designed to establish a unified information environment for bankruptcy, integrating key digital services, electronic registers, and monitoring tools.

Core Subsystems
  • Unified Register of Insolvency Practitioners of Ukraine

Contains data on individuals holding valid insolvency practitioner certificates, along with information on their activities.
  • Unified Register of Debtors in Bankruptcy (Insolvency) Proceedings

Includes information on legal entities and individuals subject to initiated or completed proceedings, details about creditors, case progress, and the financial status of debtors.
  • Electronic Cabinet for Insolvency Practitioners

A dedicated tool for submitting data to the aforementioned registers, as well as for receiving and exchanging information with other systems. It enables electronic interaction with the Ministry of Justice and the specialized web portal.
  • Specialized System Page

Comprising public and restricted sections, this page grants authorized users access to debtor information contained in the Unified Register of Debtors in Bankruptcy (Insolvency) Proceedings.
  • Web Portal of Electronic Bankruptcy (Insolvency) Services

Available at asbn.minjust.gov.ua/dashboard, this portal serves as an integrated entry point for user registration, submission of electronic forms, and publication of case data, insolvency practitioners, and court decisions.
