The Web Portal of Electronic Services of the Pension Fund (portal.pfu.gov.ua) is one of the largest state online services created for convenient digital interaction between citizens and the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Medirent is the developer of the portal and has been supporting its development since 2012 as part of the digital ecosystem - the Integrated Comprehensive Information System of the Pension Fund.

The web portal provides services to the following categories of users:
- Insured persons
- Pensioners
- Insurers (employers)
- Banking institutions
- Government authorities
Each category has its own personal account with appropriate access rights and functionality.

Reliability and security
The service supports 6 authentication methods, the main ones being a qualified electronic signature (QES), the Integrated Electronic Identification System ID.GOV.UA and Diia.Signature.
