We understand that this information system has the potential to change the lives of many Ukrainians for the better. Its implementation has already brought marked changes and relief to many categories of the population.

Let's talk about the UnifiedInformation System of the Social Sphere (UISSS), a project that is changing from idea to reality every day.

For two years now the "Medirent" team has been working together with the Ministry of Social Policy on this large-scale initiative.

According to Oleksii Bondarchuk, the company's project manager, UISSS is the foundation for the digitalization of Ukraine's social sphere, contributing to the improvement and development of social protection processes.

"In fact, UISSS is the same infrastructure project as road construction or tax reform," says Oleksii Bondarchuk in his column on Speka.media.

The project has achieved significant results:

  • Information exchange between a dozen state databases, including information systems of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Justice, Diia, and the Tax Service, has been introduced. This has significantly improved the effectiveness of government action;
  • The development of the Unified Social Register, which enabled the Ministry of Social Policy to collect information on 6 million Ukrainians receiving social assistance;
  • Subsystems such as "Unified Social Treatment", "Social Justice" and "Electronic Budget" have been introduced, simplifying the application, assignment, and payment of social assistance.

UISSS received many positive feedback and comments from experts, users, and professionals using the system.

Oleh Saakian, political scientist and co-founder of the National Platform for Sustainability and Cohesion, noted on his Facebook page: "A good case of cooperation between different departments (Ministry of Social Policy initiated, Ministry of Statistics accompanies and business ("Medirent" implements) the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere, or UISSS  Such things should be noted, especially when you know firsthand that such changes are not easily given».

Igor Popov, an expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future also on his Facebook page, shared his experience: "If in the past to receive social assistance it was necessary to collect a bunch of certificates, stand in queues for hours, and then another 1-1.5 months wait for payment, now you can apply in the Diia, and the assistance will be transferred in 1-2 days. The system has already benefited internally displaced persons, persons with disabilities, adoptive parents of orphans, and citizens who apply to international organizations for financial assistance".

Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine on Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization Konstiantyn Koshelenko, on the air of the program "It is important" on the MTM Zaporizhzhia, stressed: "UISSS has several problem-solving subsystems: providing social transfers and facilitating the delivery of social services, making them more convenient and accessible to citizens.

It is extremely important for us to work on a project like UISSS. We understand that this information system has the potential to change the lives of many Ukrainians for the better. Its implementation has already brought marked changes and relief to many categories of the population. The UISSS project is an important step in the development of Ukraine's social sphere.

Your feedback and support are a huge incentive for us to continue working hard and succeeding. Together, we are building a future where every citizen receives the necessary support and social protection.
