The Medirent team joined an event that shapes the future direction of social services in Europe — the European Social Network exhibition space. A place where technology no longer merely supports the social sector, but becomes its very foundation.
The exhibition brought together representatives of government, civil society, and IT teams from across Europe. We spoke about digitalization, about how to shorten the journey “from need to support” from months to minutes, and discussed automation that does not take away humanity, but instead helps restore it.
During a roundtable discussion with EY and Microsoft, the conversation was straight to the point: no lofty statements — only what truly works. IT versus bureaucracy. Targeted support exactly where it is needed.
Questions, discussions, real-life cases. Needs and ideas emerged right in the moment. This is where you see ideas being born today — and capable of changing people’s lives tomorrow. Special thanks to Alfonso Lara Montero, CEO of the European Social Network, and his team. His words, as always, inspire action. We’ll be sharing the insights we brought back very soon. We promise — it will be interesting and practical.
