The Medirent team represented Ukraine at one of the key European events in the field of social services — the European Social Services Awards 2025 (ESSA 2025) in Madrid. Our joint project with the Pension Fund of Ukraine — the Integrated Comprehensive Information System of the Pension Fund (ICIS PF) — reached the final in the category “Public-Private Partnership.” This year, 135 projects from 28 countries were submitted for the award, and only 72 were selected for the final list — ICIS is among them.
ICIS PF is the national digital platform for social protection, supporting pension provision, social insurance, and state payments for over 20 years. Established in 2002 as a public-private partnership, the system helps millions of Ukrainians access social services faster and more conveniently every day.
We congratulate our partners at the Pension Fund of Ukraine on ICIS PF reaching the ESSA 2025 final. This is the result of years of effective collaboration, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to developing modern digital services for citizens. This year’s ESSA ceremony was particularly special: the European Social Network (ESN) celebrated its 25th anniversary. It was an honor for us to join the jubilee event and represent Ukraine among the teams shaping the future of social services in Europe.
