The long-awaited service for submitting an online application for obtaining qualification documents for seafarers starts on the Diia portal in test mode. Forget about corruption and unnecessary visits to government agencies. This is the first step in a large-scale digital transformation of the shipping industry.
What can you do online?

- to issue a confirmation for a professional diploma (Endorsement)
- obtain certificates of competence
- issue confirmation to certificates of competence
- obtain a specialist certificate of special training
The new online service makes the process of obtaining qualification documents simple and understandable. Now sailors will be able to easily communicate with the Shipping Administration of Ukraine. With Diia, they will also be able to enroll in Computer Testing (CES), file electronic complaints about the actions of officials, and receive electronic qualification documents in their accounts.
