Friends, we'd like to share our successful case of developing a public sector web portal.
The web portal of electronic services of PFU is a real hit among state web resources and has already won the hearts of more than 12 million citizens of Ukraine.
Its wide range of functions (more than 40 electronic services) allows remote interaction with the Pension Fund - from the receipt of certificates to the submission of pension applications.
We are proud that our company has become the developer of such a successful and significant project of the state scale.
The web portal provides services to the following categories of users:
- citizens:
- insured persons
- pensioners
- insurance providers
- bank entities specialists
- representatives of different state entities
Each user category has a separate personal account, providing certain access rights and accessible functionality.
The information security system provides 6 ways to enter the Web portal, the main ones are qualified electronic signature (QES), Integrated electronic identification system ID.GOV.UA and Diia.Pidpys.
The high popularity of our IT development is confirmed by the amazing statistics of its use. Every day thousands of citizens access the portal for information and action.
For example, according to information from PFU in 2022:
- QR-code references formed: 5.37 million.
- pension applications: 58.4 thousand.
- pension recalculation applications: 27.6 thousand.
- The questionnaire of the insured person was submitted to introduce/amend/update the data in the Register of Insured Persons: 27.9 thousand.
- Registered electronic appeals: 108.2 thousand.
