July was a month of significant digital achievements in the social sphere. The Medirent team actively participated in several key initiatives of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the State Enterprise “ICC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine”, which make social support more accessible and effective.
- Beta testing of electronic case management: beta testing of the new functionality in the Unified Information System of Social Sphere of Ukraine (UISSS) was launched, covering Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovs'k, Poltava and Cherkasy regions. The purpose of the testing is to evaluate the efficiency and usability of the new system before its large-scale implementation.
- Successful implementation of 10 types of social benefits in the UISSS: successful migration of 24 regions of Ukraine with full compliance of the number of cases in the ASOPD and UISSS for recipients of 10 types of benefits.
- Presentation of the electronic case management functionality in Cherkasy: we shared useful life hacks for registering and processing appeals in the UISSS to help users effectively use the new functionality and ensure fast and high-quality interaction with the system.
These achievements are the result of the coordinated work of the teams. We are getting closer to creating a truly effective and convenient social support system.
