The State is currently facing the challenge of implementing digital tools to monitor the delivery of social services.
A new subsystem, the Register of Providers and Recipients of Social Services has been established in the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere. The Medirent company, with the support of the Eastern Europe Foundation, the UN World Food Program, and other donors, has developed the Register, as well as UISSS in general.
Implementation of the Register in all regions of Ukraine is continuing. The options for filling in the Register of Recipients and the allocation of social assistance are being experimented with.
The Register is based on the Unified Social Register, which is a part of the UISSS.
The Register of Providers and Recipients of Social Services is a system that will ensure control in the provision of social services and convenience in receiving services online.
