5 years ago Medirent team started the project for the creation and implementation of the retroconversion system into the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
We developed systematical solutions for fast and comfortable digitizing of the paper data carriers. The difference between retroconversion and ordinary scanning is their scale.
So here are some facts about the results of the project realization.
Created the Automated System of Digitization of Pension Files Archives and Electronic Document Storage, adapted to the specific needs of the state institution, and built into its overall IT landscape.
We have implemented the transition to paperless technologies in all PFU processes (PaperLess), ensuring the effective use of electronic pension files cases (EPF) in the appointment and payment of pensions.
This specialized solution based on universal retroconversion technology is part of the Integrated Complex Information System (ICIS) of the PFU.
System scale in numbers:
- 32 regional retroconversion centers created;
- almost 5 million pension files digitized;
- the total central electronic archive database is hundreds of terabytes.
Today, thanks to the successful implementation of the project on the creation and implementation of the retroconversion system, Ukrainian pensioners have access to their pension files in any PFU service center, regardless of their residence or online through the Fund's web portal.
