Our IT solution is the Electronic Register of Disability Certificates (ERDS)!
The Register we developed is of great importance for social security processes in Ukraine. As a subsystem of the Integrated Complex Information System of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, it ensures the accuracy and reliability of data.
What makes ERDS so amazing?
It collects, stores, and uses information on incapacity forms, to realize the rights of insured persons to temporary incapacity benefits, maternity benefits, and payment of the first five days of temporary incapacity for work paid by the employer. The Register also makes it possible to monitor the validity of the issuance and renewal of disability certificates.
The ERDS automates all the processes involved in the sick leave registration, accounting, and payment, and most importantly allows easy access to assistance.
According to information from PFU as of January 1, 2023, almost 12 million electronic disability sheets were created using the ERDS.
