This International Women's Day, we're sharing three things we know for sure about women in IT.
At Medirent, women make up almost 40% of our team. They lead projects, test, code, protect data, and create innovative solutions. They’re not just part of the process — they drive it.So here are three facts we’re absolutely sure of when it comes to women in tech:
- Multitasker. She can manage projects, test new features, find bugs, negotiate, sip coffee, and plan a vacation — all while heading toward a tight deadline. Too many tasks? No problem!
- Innovator. She doesn’t follow trends — she’s ahead of them! While others are still thinking about updating the software, she’s already created a new app to automate it. Then she casually says: “Trends? That’s beginner stuff.”
- Unbreakable. When everyone else says “it’s impossible,” she’s already found ten ways to make it work — and two more to avoid the pitfalls. While others search for the problem, she’s already figured out how to bypass it.
To all the women out there — you’re incredible in everything you do. We wish you endless inspiration, boldness, and great achievements on your path!
