The exchange of data developed by Medirent with the state portal Diia has given Ukrainians the opportunity to create families - to register a marriage online in 15 minutes.
Imagine that you are standing in a stadium that can hold about 50,000 spectators. Now imagine that this stadium is filled not just with spectators, but with newlyweds - 25,000 couples! That's how many couples have successfully applied for marriage on the Diia portal.
We are glad that the exchange of data between Medirent's IT development and the state portal Diia has given Ukrainians the opportunity to create families - to register a marriage online in 15 minutes. Earlier, we talked about the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Ukrainian Citizens (DRACS), which our team developed for the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Today, thanks to the State Civil Registry, a large number of procedures have been automated, including the accounting and processing of applications, records, and certificates of registration: birth, marriage, name change, divorce, and death. All data exchanges take place through the Trembita system of electronic interaction of state electronic information resources, which has significantly accelerated the accounting and processing of applications received by the registry office through the portal.
These newlyweds are not just statistics, but living love stories that are raging in the hearts of 25,000 couples. Each of them decided to make an important step in their lives by applying for marriage on the Diia portal, which not only demonstrates the successful operation of the data exchange mechanism, but also shows how modern technology is changing our perception and attitude to important events in life.
