UISSS

How to make a product better? By talking to those who use it every day. That’s why last week the Medirent team traveled to Lviv for a regional training seminar “UISSS: optimizing work and new opportunities”, organized by the State Enterprise “Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine” with the support of the World Food Programme.

The participants were representatives of social protection authorities from seven western regions of Ukraine: Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, and Volyn. These professionals interact with the system daily and know its strengths and weaknesses.

During the event, Natalia Shevchenko, Head of Digital Projects at Medirent, shared useful tips on how to avoid errors in the accrual process, data creation, and how to effectively manage social services within the system.

Each such meeting gives us valuable feedback: real-world experience, specific cases, and requests that help us improve the product not just in theory, but in the real working conditions of our users.

Thank you to the State Enterprise “Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine” and our international partners for the invitation and the excellent format of the event, where solutions are born not on slides, but in real dialogue.
