We joined the organization of training as part of the Case Management project, which included three intensive sessions for 68 professionals from all over Ukraine.
The digitalization of social services is more than an innovation. It is a step that changes the lives of millions of Ukrainians for the better. Recently, the Medirent team, together with its partners - the State Enterprise “ICC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine”, the Project Office of the Ministry of Social Policy and Renome-Smart - organized training as part of the Case Management project, which included three intensive sessions for 68 specialists from all over Ukraine.
These specialists are the key coordinators of the implementation of electronic case management in the social sector, and they play an important role as “liaisons” between digital tools and real changes on the ground.
We provided information support to users at all stages: from registration of service providers and authorization in their accounts to setting up appropriate roles. With our consulting support, we also created training materials to optimize the work with applications, notifications and appeals through the Ministry of Social Policy's web portal.
Together, we are accelerating the implementation of digital tools, making social services more accessible and effective for every Ukrainian!
